I was looking for a new product to help me fall asleep faster. The colors of the cans and the branding of the Mude variety pack caught my eye. So I decided to give it a try. I really like the taste of Sleep and Play. The Sleep product worked like a charm. The Elderflower flavor is subtle and the product is effective. I am excited to try the other two flavors.

I didn’t notice if they impacted my mood or energy. I don’t care for sweet drinks and these are not really sweet. I did like most of the flavors though. I can’t really describe them as anything, but a little different, nothing overwhelming. I might order again after trying a few more. Nothing really magical from my experience.

They all taste the same, and they leave a weird film in the mouth. Every single time I drank it it upset my stomach. Overall flavor was not great. Beautiful can though. Seemingly good ingredients though if you can push past the taste and the GI distress maybe it's worth it for some people?

Play is my favorite flavor and I love the energy it gives me. It is a great pre workout drink option. With play I did not get an energy crash like I usually do when I drink my go to pre workout. I felt energized throughout my workout. I highly suggest play for those who do not like the jittery feeling that you get from pre workout drinks. Next day delivery was amazing. Great packaging. Overall great!

It wasn't good they taste really odd and make you're tongue feel like it has a layer of oily residue on it.

I got the variety pack so I could try different flavors and I’m glad I did! They’re all very tasty and so refreshing! I also love that they’re low sugar and low calorie. I enjoy anything mixed berry flavored so the Chill was definitely a favorite. I will certainly be buying these again!!!

Taste is very much like adult beverage. It’s very tasty. Great foam too.
