These are fab brushes

These paint brushes are very good quality, it is easy to hold, to use and to clean. I have used a few times with bleach and it hasn't gotten any damage, it looks and feels as new. Beautiful colours and patterns. Great size and lightweight. Sturdy and durable material.

I usually colour my hair myself once every 8-12 weeks, but I often need to do a touchup in between times to cover the grey hairs coming through at the roots. I use the same over-the-counter colour as when doing a full head of hair and I found it really difficult to get the solution in the right place when extracting it from the tube. I have no idea if I am doing this right, but I squeeze some of the solution onto a paper plate and then cover the brush bristles to enable me to go over the right areas without applying any over the places where the original full colour is still present. The bristles are soft, but strong enough to apply to a specific area and they clean up quite well afterwards with just a little staining if not washed out straight away. I am really pleased with the results and have found that these brushes are much better than using the colour straight from the tube because the long handle enables me to look in the mirror and get a better idea of where to place the colouring solution. I have also found that I can apply colouring along my hairline much neater as well.

These are fab really easy to hold and use. Nice patterns super easy to clean and the actual bristles are good too!

I bought these to do my hair at home - my hairdresser still requires customers to mask up and I have no intention of doing that for the nearly three hours I am normally in the salon when I have my roots & highlights done! These are certainly sturdy enough brushes - there is little or no flex in them and they do make applying home colour a bit easier. I imagine they are a standard size but I find them a bit wide and would have preferred a narrower brush head - I have some brushes from a root touch-up kit which I prefer using but they flex too much for anything other than root work and the bristles are a little too soft. That can't be said of the bristles in this set from Amazon - you get good coverage and they haven't fallen out in washing after use. I like the patterns but the more important thing is functionality.

The patterns are adorable, the plastic is thick, but the bristles are too soft. I tried dyeing the bottom of my hair pink but the brush can barely apply the dye to the surface, let alone any hair behind. I’ve tried using it during several different sessions (since I’m testing out what colours I prefer) but I have this issue every time.I used pinks, purples, and teals with my brush- and the bristles are yet to stain (even though I don’t always rinse it immediately).> None of the bristles have shed/fallen out> They’re packed separately which sucks in terms of impacting the environment, but it’s good if you plan on gifting them to friends> The brushes are comfortable to hold> The long, pointed ends are incredible! I’ve been using it when I style my hair and to give myself a parting after my shower

Chose these brushes because I liked the colours rather than the normal black. What I hadn't realised is they are also broader. As I use them for root touch ups was initially concerned they would be too wide. However I shouldn't have worried. They work well and if anything needed less brush strokes to complete the root colour (on blonde hair) The bristles are white and a touch softer than the traditional black tinting brush. Easy to clean and no staining using a blonde dye, so can't comment on darker shades. Overall very happy with them.
