I am 65 years old and served 27 years in the US Army. I have always tried to stay in moderate shape, never smoked or drank and never did drugs. I have tried all kinds of supplements through the years and most did not do much if anything. You can imagine my surprise how well I reacted to Lions Mane my energy level is through the roof my mind is sharpest it has been since my 30's. This stuff really works, not saying it will work for you, but it does for me.

I tried this on a whim, after a friend mentioned that Lions Mane was good for brain fog. I received it Saturday afternoon, so I took 1 ml in an 8 oz glass of water that evening. Then Sunday I switched to 1ml under my tongue (no water) in the morning and evening. Sunday night I had my best solid sleep in years and Monday morning, I felt like I was 20 yrs younger! Working on Sudoku's was EASY! It's been a few weeks now and I have not felt the least bit sluggish or any brain fog!!!

Be careful if you have mold sensitivities when taking it. I took it for 3 weeks and had horrible congestion before I made the connection. Stopped taking it and the congestion went away. I am allergic to mold and wish I'd done more research before trying this. EDIT Raised from 1 to 4 stars based on outstanding customer service. I would happily purchase from this company again. In future I will research products more thoroughly before buying.
