This product is not for beginners and not for sensitive skin, if there is damage on the skin, then first take care of healing! I have a lot of experience in cosmetology, and I know what I'm talking about! I liked the packaging, made of paper and glass, very natural and pleasant to the touch! There is a film to protect against opening, so you can clearly see that no one has opened the product before you. I liked the smell, it smells like tea tree. The composition is good but very rich, be careful if you have allergies! I have oily skin with large pores and comedones, the peeling gave me partial frost, the maximum peeling was on the 3rd day. On the first day I wiped my face with a slightly acidic product for proper healing, from the second day I made masks with aloe and applied oily healing creams (I have from Obagi with glycerin) and sunscreen during the day. The pores were cleaned and decreased by 70% on the forehead by 90%. I am very pleased with the result and the product! It definitely works and is strong enough!

I have never had a professional peel (too poor, just a grad student); groupon sucks in my area so there was no hope of that ever changing; and I was afraid of burning my face off and making everything worse. However, I recently went through a super stressful, prolonged time in my life and whatever control I'd gotten over my acne was lost and I now have lots of scars and have been struggling with new cystic outbreaks. I read the reviews and thought I would try this.I must say, the tea tree oil smell is very strong; I swear it smells like eucalyptus too but I don't have the bottle near me so I can't say for sure if that's also an ingredient; if I remember correctly there are several herbal ingredients listed besides tea tree. Anyway, if you are sensitive to smells this might not be the best product for you.I have been using this now for a few months. I have been using it about twice a week for about three minutes. I don't like to go longer than that because I still feel like my face might burn off if I do; however, I have had no lasting ill-effects with this approach and length of application thus far.I did not tell anyone I was trying this product, in case I burned my face off and had to call into work for a few days and didn't want people to know it was my own d*mn fault. So, a few weeks ago someone actually commented that my skin looked much better and that my scars seemed to be faded. I had not changed anything else in my routine.I believe this person wholeheartedly, so I take it that it is working. I would not have said that I had noticed a significant difference in my scars, but since this comment was totally unsolicited and unprepped, I think it is worth noting. I did notice that this product helps control my cystic acne. Not much else does. I was previously using a glycolic acid peel of 12% but this seems to be doing a much better job.I know it sounds like a broken record, but I do have to emphasize the sunscreen caution that goes with using this product. Two reasons for this: first, the public health one. Using this product increases your susceptibility to the sun's harmful rays, which can cause skin damage in the first place. Use an SPF of 30 or higher that is water resistance and UVA/UVB protective, EVERYDAY when using this product, EVEN IF IT'S CLOUDY or you don't plan to be outside very long!The second reason is hypocritical based on the above first reason, I admit, but educational nonetheless. I said earlier I had not noticed the scars fading much although my friend mentioned it out of the blue. However, as I write this I am on vacation. I have been lax about sunscreen (hypocrisy, I know!) BAD IDEA!! My scars stand out so much more now than before!!! I am not using the product here but now even as I get a little tan, the scars are standing out soooo much more, so I guess the product really was doing something to fade them, and now I have to backtrack when I get home. Not to mention the other health dangers of being sloppy about sun protection.So there is my review; I know some people have questioned the sincerity of some of this brand's reviews, but I assure you I am a real person and that my story about being stupid about sunscreen is real. I bought it at the end of October and I just realized (in March now) that I have still not run out of my first bottle, although I started using it only once a week in January. I also lost my brush and started using those cotton pads from Walgreens, which I think absorb and thus waste more product. But I still have a lot of acid peel left. No idea how much longer it will last.

First let me start by saying I am NOT a professional and I did what I knew would be best for my skin.I have had acne prone/combination skin my entire life and was on Accutane as a teenager and regularly would visit my dermatologist. I was able to get it under control for almost 12 years and then recently out of nowhere I have been dealing with acne all over: painful under the skin cyst like acne that never forms pustules coupled with whiteheads, blackheads and small papules.I decided to give this a go after reading some reviews and I’m so glad I did. Like most others, certain BHAs and 2% salicylic acid don’t cut it for me.I actually used this directly onto my fingers - a few drops - and I worked in sections by rubbing it into my problem areas in a circular motion onto DAMP skin for a quick exfoliation. I’d rub it in for maybe 15 seconds and then rinse it off, repeating 2-3 times. My skin literally sloughed off and left behind the softest skin. When I was done with the final exfoliation, I used a baking soda and warm water mixture on a prep pad to neutralize any leftover acid that wasn’t removed by a water rinse. There’s definitely still acne there (I didn’t expect miracles) but it has greatly reduced the uneven skin texture. My rough patches around my chin area feel significantly smoother and my face feels like it was deep cleaned.I don’t think I would leave this on my face for longer than 30 seconds until I could build a tolerance. I will say that this did not sting or burn as others have indicated. I do regularly dermaplane and microdermabrasion my face so that could be why.Will continue with regular use and expect to see major improvements.
