We had some wooden tv trays and this one was intended to replace one of them that was hard to close up.When we received this one, some assembly was required and the hardware included just wasn't quite long enough to thread into adjacent leg. Instead of returning or contacting them, I went to the local hardware store and obtained a M6-1.0 x 35mm screw machine screw and fixed it, but should of gotten maybe a 30mm length, had to add some spacers to keep it from extending out to far and preventing the tray from folding. Was surprised that the tracking is a nylon strap and not a metal strap of some sort. This tray stands about a foot taller than the other trays, and is a little awkward to use as a TV tray, may be good for an end of coach tray as pictured in their advertisement. Since it's a little tall it seems a bit flimsy or unstable especially if you're trying to scoot it up closer to you.

I bought a version of this table many years ago a Target for about $5. That table was as sturdy as expected for a collapsible TV tray table. This table is very unsteady. I have to use a great deal of caution when moving it and I don't foresee me folding/unfolding it very often for fear it will fall apart. It works well enough as a table on our front porch to receive contactless takeout deliveries (instead of leaving them on the ground), but I would not recommend using it with a laptop or for eating a meal on it with food & drink that could spill.

I'm so disappointed. Was in need of this due to having to work from home. I received it without all of it's parts! Two parts and the screws to put it together were missing. In addition, the instruction are bad although this seems easy to figure out if you had all the part. I really don't want to return it...I just want them to send me all of the parts! I'm contacting company that makes this directly.

While the tray and stand are made from good quality wood, assembling it wasn’t so great. One of the nuts inserted into the leg (to connect it to the tray) was inserted crookedly, so we couldn’t get the screw inserted. We had to take a screwdriver and a hammer to it to seat the nut properly. Even then, the original screw wouldn’t insert, so we used one of our own. Then, after just a few days of use, one of the wooden pieces on the bottom (to the side) of the tray disconnected (even though there are two screws holding it in; came preassembled). We’re in the process of gluing it right now...

Product is missing a piece so it cannot be put together, thus it is a useless purchase. Have not been able to contact the company to get a replacement part or new completely new table. Not at all happy with the purchase. This was a gift.

A simple two bolt, two nut job is made very difficult due to short bolts and cheap construction. Also the fabric slide belt.arrived frayed and broken.

My table came and the hardware did not fit. The holes were stripped and the table is hard to put together. The yablr also have nicks in the wood. It looks like a used table.

Like product just a little to high.
