I wanted something easier to use than the long-handled brushes. This is perfect for my mugs as well as some glassware. Cleaning a mug with a regular sponge does not assure a good result and long handles are ungainly for anything but deep items and pitchers.This is easy to hold, use, and store. I find it very sturdy and does not needstrength or rough handling for it to do the job.I hang it on the faucet so that it can drip dry into the sink. I like that the head is a spongy mop that holds its shape so that it can effectively clean the inside of even a mug. It also holds the the soap and drips dry very well.

Package of 2 is perfect. Nice construction. But the foam bristle stain after a while. It’s great to have a backup.

At about the 10-week mark, a few bristles turned black. I only used this item for a mug that I used daily, and I allowed it to dry completely until next day. I removed the black bristles, but it wasn't long before more & more turned black. I tried diluted bleach water & several other methods, but I couldn't change the color back to white. Needless to say, I couldn't use the brush on food ware, not knowing what the black was all about. I was really reluctant to throw it out, but I finally did, because what was the sense in keeping it. (I would have written this much sooner, but I became ill for a long time and had to deal with that. A little better, but in fact, still struggling, but chin up, better days ahead!)

It cleans glasses and cups very well. The brush is very different and it squeaks when using it. Love this brush!I whish the handle was 2 inches longer to clean deep glasses, but it does work on them if you hold the handle with 3 fingers. I am going to check if they make a longer one, if they do I will buy it.

I use this on my Ember metallic mug - no scratching and cleans well!
