Great classic soap that doesn't fail. This soap is versatile and has been used in our family for decades. There are so many uses, from cleaning laundry...and tough stains, to washing hands. The unmistakable smell of Fels Naptha is clean and does not have any additional scents that can be harmful. Classic bar, same size as it always was and the same ingredients that don't include additional additives.

I had my doubts at first but once I tried it. I love it. My husband works in the garage and gets grease and oil all over his jeans. This is the only thing I've found that gets all the stains out.

used to have this product at home when I was a kid growing up my mother always had it next to the laundry tub I totally forgot about it in the last 10 years or so because I used to keep it in the house and I got blood on some new towels that were very expensive and wash the towels twice and dried them twice and obviously once you drive something it sets even more and that stain just wasn't coming out and I remembered the soap it came to me and I looked for it on Amazon of course found it bought it used it and those towels are perfectly fine it took 2 seconds or 2 minutes at the most to rub a little on wet it down scrub it a little bit with your fingers rinse it out and the stains are gone even after they've been through the washer and the dryer twice and I had used OxiClean and gain and nothing was taking them out and I pretreated this works it worked then and I know it doesn't contain naphtha anymore but the product of the dust contain which is in the same family still works so absolutely a must-have for anyone who has kids who you know has stained etc pets things that you know didn't come out that you've tried and tried no more soaking in in a bucket with OxiClean for a half an hour and praying that it comes out and having a mess this is you can spot clean right where you need to do it and then after you rinse it out it's clear then you can throw it in the washer and you can also shave a few pieces off and you can add them to your washing machine when you're when you're doing your laundry or you can rub them on right before you're putting it into the laundry as well so this is a product that's been around since I was a kid at least 60 years it's been around over 100 years but I haven't and still worth every penny and you get two bars so you know those two bars will probably last me 5 years what a value for $8

Good stain removing soap to keep in the laundry room, for when needed. This was a little more expensive than I usually pay in the grocery store, but I'm finding it harder to find Fels Naptha in the store, so I was willing to pay a little extra to have it in the house. Though this is not the intended use of this strong soap, growing up this was our "go to" for poison ivy and after working/playing in the yard. To this day, we still use this soap to wash our arms and legs, removing the oils from poisonous plants and it helps dry out poison ivy.

These things are like magic, they take out milk stains, and blood stains that had been sitting for about a week. They also took out the better part of an oil stain my husband didn’t realize was on his shirt and so he dried it in the dryer first. (Specifically food oil, I’ve never tried it on mechanic oils, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it takes that out as well.) I don’t know of any other product that takes stains out anywhere near as well as this stuff does. It’s amazing how well it works. I’m going to continue to buy these bars. My only regret is not buying a larger set. Do yourself a favor and buy this soap.

Old fashioned product that works great even in 2025.

This was given to me once when I was in elementary school. I recommend it and gift it to every woman I know. It gets out all varieties of paint (that I’ve tried to date) plus removes blood. Whether you cut yourself, or if you’re a lady with an unexpected monthly visitor, it gets the blood out. Every time. It’s amazing. I always recommend this to everyone. I recently started using it when my baby gets poop on clothes (as a first time mom, I didn’t realize it stained), now I can salvage even the biggest messes. Highly recommended.

I was recommended this, and it's great. I rub on the stain, and shave flakes of it with a scissor blade and add to the washing cycle. Best thing for tough stains

Trying to do without several laundry 'additives' that don't always work. This soap is magical for grease spots and stains on laundry so plan to do without the 'biological' range which doesn't do what it says 'on the tin'. Probably need to look at it's other uses as well. Highly recommend.

Actually works. I wet my boys white or grey baseball pants and then wipe the bar over the grass and clay stains. I let it sit for a few minutes and gently run a brush over the spot. I throw them into the wash and they come out perfect. Will buy again when I run out. One bar has lasted all season and I'm not even close to being done.

This soap is wonderful for removing all stains - we have a lot with two small children at home!
