Why is the 100ml bottle more expensive then the 200ml, more than double the per ml cost?

I’m not sure why the smaller bottle cost more than the larger bottle. You may have to call the manufacture on that one only thing I can think of is that maybe a vendor is selling it and that’s the price that they chose
