I purchased this pregnancy pillow in the beginning of my pregnancy and have used it every day since (about 8 months). It is very cozy and adjustable for different (and changing) body types. There is a back support and front support for when your bump gets heavy, both of which are very useful. It is even comfy if you consistently flip from side to side and do not lay in it as it is intended. The cover is easy to remove and wash. One thing I do not like is that over time, the original cover started to pill after about 3-4 months of use. I was able to purchase a different off-brand cover that fits perfectly and does not pill. They also have branded covers as well. I alternate between the two covers that I have. The pillow is quite large and takes up half of my California king bed, which works perfectly for me. However, if you share a smaller bed, it may be inconvenient. You can swing one side off of the bed if you need more space, which you can’t do with many other pregnancy pillows. I have tried to sleep without this pillow when traveling and haven’t been able to get comfortable! I am currently 39 weeks pregnant and this pillow allowed me to get amazing sleep throughout my entire journey!

You have never experienced true comfort and relaxation if you have not gotten one of these yet. Perfect for side sleepers, amazing pain relief, keeps you in one comfortable position all night if you're a toss and turn type sleeper. I got this right before having abdominal surgery so I could sleep comfortably on my back and it is one of the best purchases I have made in my entire life. I got two more immediately after for family members. Truly the best quality of life improvement I have made in decades.

The pillow itself is good and provides a lot of much needed support for a big baby belly. However the pillow case is terrible. It’s a microfiber pillow case that pills after a couple of washes and is difficult to put back on. Wish there was a nice thread count cotton pillow case available because this one is horrible. It’s rough against your face and generates a lot of heat, which is the last thing you want when pregnant.

I waited until 7 months pregnant to order a pillow and I wish I hadn’t! I haven’t slept as good as I did with this pillow! It inflated or reshaped within an hour of opening. It’s so comfortable and I love how it holds my body. I debated on multiple brands but decided to go with Momcozy because it’s a brand I know.

This pillow was amazing for the first couple of weeks (no clue how it is for pregnancy, but it really helped keep my joints stable while I was sleeping). But it slowly started getting flatter and flatter, and at this point (about two months in) fluffing it back up doesn’t work. I was still liking it to keep other pillows kind of corralled around me until last night when my leg touched the freshly washed cover and I almost crawled out of my skin. This was the third or fourth wash of the cover and it’s suddenly SO UNBELIEVABLY pilled that I literally can’t touch it anymore because it feels so gross. I didn’t get the velvet-like cover, which I’m sure is probably more durable, because that fabric is a sensory nightmare for me but this is somehow WORSE. The durability and quality of both the pillow insert and the cover itself are trash, not worth it. The only positive thing I can say is that it’s not impossible to get the insert back into the cover once it’s been removed.

I bought this at the beginning of my pregnancy before I had any visible bump. It helped support my pregnancy bloated belly, and gave my hips relief as well. I find that having that extra cushion between my legs makes ALL the difference even before you start really showing. This pillow nestles me into it, and is great for lounging sitting up in it, occasional back sleeping (in early pregnancy), and sleeping on EITHER side. I've always been a side sleeper so I go back and forth during the night, and the shape of this pillow supports me whether I'm on my left or right side. It can get uneven after consistent use, but if you fluff and push the stuffing back into any spots that get low it perks right back up. And the fabric is soft, breathable, and doesn't make me sweaty even on a Colorado summer night. Totally recommend, don't wait until you can't sleep comfortably and THINK you need it. Just get it. I will use this for the rest of my pregnancy and probably even afterwards.
