It's the one you want.
The window and the UV light keep you from forgetting to turn it off at night. The towels get plenty hot. It holds 15 to 20 towels easy. That's pretty much it. I love it!

Not great! Not hot!
I bought this for my barbershop...because it's gorgeous. But that's where it's attributes end. It doesn't get the towels hot at all. Warm at best. They are all but useless for a face shave. You need steam and heat for a shave, and this doesn't produce enough heat for this at all. Highly disappointed. Currently searching for an actual towel steamer.

1st and 2nd warmer were both damaged
When the 1st warmer arrived (the 1st 4 photos) it was largely dented on the top of the unit. When the 2nd warmer came, it also had noticeable damages to the top of the unit. I am afraid to return it and get a 3rd, for the SAME thing to happen. I would like to receive a contact back about how to make this right without yet another return.

Melting plastic!
Turned on and started smelling of melted plastic! Turned off and after cool down it's surrounded sheet metal is a plastic protector that can only come off with removal of the panels and of course all the warning stickers were on the plastic. Then after taking it apart, the interior fiberglass mat still had its plastic bag around it and should have been removed at build. The plastic was melted all over the inside. I had removed it, removed all the plastic film and wired the ground properly as the ground wire was just hanging inside, not bolted down to the mount where there is a spot for it internal. Just a heads up if anyone smells plastic when turning on, after a few times it will likely just burn up because nothing combustable inside and high temp wireing. But this thing is a massive safety hazard. I also grounded the internal frame to the wiring properly because it is NOT grounded. If a heat ellement shorted out, the entire interior cage will become energized!!! But a cheap heater from a place that doesn't follow UL/CE protections and regulations, doesn't surprise me.
