Seems to work?
Seems to be lowering my blood sugar? I used to wake up hungry. Last couple of decades, not so much, A1c creeping up…but when I take these, I’m hungry again in the morning (means my blood sugar is low).

I tried this on a whim. First, let me say, I didn't realize that the product would be coming in amber glass. This was a great surprise. I have since gotten 2 more supplements for family and myself. SoActive is consistent and great quality! I did notice an immediate change in that I had a heavy menstrual period when I had just ended my previous period a few days before. However, I have been feeling awesome and have noticed my skin looking even and fresh. Things that I learned about berberine are that it is great for pcos, insulin resistance, diabetes, wound healing, metabolism, etc. One article I read said it was a blood purifier. I am going to continue use. The only negative I have noticed is a light headache. I tend to do that with new supplements.

Little change in cholesterolMaybe I needed a larger dose. Did see a slight decrease. However I did feel a change in energy for the time I was taking this product. Unfortunately ThePrice is a little much for me. Quality product. Would buy again.

Does not work and the side effects are awful!
Does this product actually help with weight loss? I’m going to say, NO! Does this product give you an upset stomach, gurgling tummy sounds, constant daytime diarrhea and, for fun, middle-of-the-night diarrhea? Yes. Yes, it does all of that! If I’m running to the toilet this frequently I think I should be rewarded with at least a little bit of weight loss, but alas, no. I stopped taking this 2 days ago and I still have an unsettled stomach with frequent runs to the toilet. Not worth it. Holy mother of the porcelain throne, please make these awful side effects stop!
