For those trying to gain weight, this product is helpful. It also contains the vitamins and minerals that are needed. No multivitamin tablet is needed. It makes a good smoothie with a banana and milk or soy soy milk. It is rather expensive but worth it to help reach a goal.

We have been purchasing the different varieties of BOOST for years for my elderly mother. She is petite so we have the very high calorie as well as the regular. She loves them... chocolate is her favorite. Even on her pickiest days of eating, she will always drink her "chocolate Milk". Excellent as a shake mixing in with your favorite ice cream, banana, yogurt, peanut butter .to add even more nutrients and calories (in mom's case). Be creative. Nice size bottles as well. She can usually drink one at a time using a straw, but if not put on the lid and put back in refrigerator for later.

Recently dropped a lotta weight. Trying to maintain, and these calorie-rich drinks help. I'm sugar sensitive, and they do sometimes cause a spike in blood sugar, but overall, they're tasty, rich and thick, and a great between-meals choice. All flavors are good. I think my favorite is the Chocolate.

My son is malnourished and needs to drink 1-2 daily. I was nervous he wouldn't like this, but he truly does - he prefers it room temperature. I love the ease with which I can purchase, and setting up subscribe and save means I don't run out.

I have no clue what Nestle’ puts in the product. But it made me crazy ill.I had surgery and am on a liquid diet for a few months. Not wanting to exist off juice and ice cream I decided with my doctor to use boost.First few days I was crazy tired, but assumed it was the anesthesia. I noticed my body smelled weird and my skin was smelling like the boost.The third day I went to work, drank a boost, and started flushing and got dizzy, my heart was racing, my vission became blurry. And work in a hospital and they took me to the ER thinking I was having a reaction to my medication or had a severe infection. As I was in the ER I was feeling better and they were unable to figure out what was wrong.I drank another boost. And it happened again. I stoped urinating, my heart was racing and I was unable to see again, and I was too weak to function, but also had insomnia.At this point I didn’t realize what the issue was still. I started to feel better. I drank a boost, and bam it all happened again. This is when I realized something in the boost was effecting me. And at this point I was not urinating for almost 3 days, when all I was doing was drinking water and boost.Also the whole time my stomach was cramping and growling and so noisy people in neighing rooms at home and work would come to see what the weird noise was emanating from my stomachI stopped and within a few days the weird smell on my skin finally stoped and I began urinating again.Not sure what was in it to make my body react like this, but my blood sugar was also too low when or taking it, which was REALLY unexpected as it is full of sugar.
