oh, it's 70 ounces all right. thats 4.375 lbs. it's a lot of seasoning to have on hand and i've shared what i got.

I think they offer both with & without MSG, mine does not have it though. I love this stuff & use in almost everything, just don't use any salt in addition to this, it has plenty of salt in it.Karen E.
