Puts out a ton of smoke.
My first time using pellets and wow do they throw out some smoke when used properly.I have both an electric and a wood/charcoal smoker and occasionally it can be challenging to get a lot of smoke into the meat on the electric. These do a great job. Smoke flavor is similar, but a little more subdued, to when I’ve used chunks of orange wood.

Smokes....
It’s is technically orange wood. Multiple Florida steakhouses use orange wood, with outstanding results. This product, for whatever reason, produces no significant orange wood smoke flavoring. Burned / smoked well in my Traeger. No issues there. But for the cost vs quantity vs smoke, not really a value for me. I’ll stick to the larger bags of pellets for better value.

Good flavor
I used this in an electric smoker on pork chops. It had a unique flavor. It doesn't taste like oranges and its not supposed to either. None of the smoking woods taste like their fruit. A rather unique flavor. My wife liked it too.
