I ordered a pair of Levi's jeans, but I received a used and old pair instead of a new one. This is completely unacceptable, as I expected a brand-new item.I also did not notice that the product had a no return policy when placing the order. Even so, receiving a used item is not acceptable under any policy.Please help me with a refund or replacement as soon as possible.

I Brought solid black.. The pant look exactly same as image given.color ,quality ,style everything good. I gave 4 rating out of 5 as there is no protective package at the time of delivery.. I received it cover seal half opened.

Looks good,feels good when you wear it.....
