NEW-The Nightingale Paperback – January 1, 2017

Set in WWII France, this novel will hold your attention like few others. Sadly, the last few chapters contain the descriptions we've all read before about how awful the Nazi's treated those under their regime. I'd wanted to share this book with my elderly mother until I reached that section. It's a great story, but not for gentle spirits.

This story is both heart-wrenching, and beautiful. It is a worthwhile read that tells a different story than most about WWII.

A heartwarming, heart wrenching story about sisters in an untenable situation during Nazi occupation in France. Beautifully written, tightly woven, and an immersive story that’s hard to put down.

Arrived timely and in perfect condition!

My friend suggested I read this. I binge read for 3 days - I have littles so maybe it would have been even faster! One of the best books I’ve read…ever. I passed my copy along to another friend and I’m recommending it to all!!
