Product was soft, cute, and well made but my baby was able to figure out how to get it from behind his head so it might be great for some people but just not our thing.

We wanted some neck support for our baby while in our hiking carrier so her head isn't jostled quite so much and I found this one. We've used it and I will say it does absolutely help keep her neck more supported (I should add that our 5 month old has a really strong neck and great head control as it is). My one drawback is that the piece that goes around the back of the neck is very flimsy. The side pieces that go across chest and shoulders offers more support, but not the piece in back which is what I was most looking for in a support pillow. The patterns are super cute, it looks like it's very easy to clean/machine washable, and the design seems good except that one aspect. We'll keep it and continue to use it, but may also look for a different one as well.

My baby was sleeping so uncomfortable in his swing & car seat with his neck tilted so this was definitely a game changer
