Doesn’t work, doesn’t get warm at all !
The media could not be loaded. I received this on January 9,2025. It’s barely a month old and it doesn’t work. Apparently I only had a month to return it and it quit working last week.

Great waxing unit!
Performs as expected. I like the temperature can be turned up or down. Also that there are 3large cartridges which is very helpful.

Defective product received and now past return date
I don’t know how the reviews are positive but I’m saddened by the fact that I received a defective product. The heating system has been on for an hr and 30 mins at the highest and it’s completely cold. The on switch comes on but doesn’t heat up. Such luck I’ve to have been the one to receive a defective product and I really wanted to use it
