I already had a different design of LIANGSTAR Laptop Cooling Pad but it took up a bit more room than I liked and was the wrong shape at the front for consistently comfortable use (I use a wrist rest and the front lip of the old cooling pad stuck out too much, keeping my hands stretched out which quickly caused fatigue), but the product worked really well.... So, I looked for a more "streamlined" version and was very pleased to discover this new sleeker, pared back, design of LIANGSTAR Laptop Cooling Pad. It fits perfectly under my ASUS Vivobook (15.6in) and is whisper quiet. When I'm working on multiple projects and my laptop is working really hard this cooling pad steps in and helps keep things cool. It is also just the right height to raise my laptop to a much more comfortable height and the sleek design means there's nothing at the front leading edge to make my laptop sit back. The small flap that flips up to hold the laptop in place has a nice little finger cut out in it which acts (I have now noticed) as a park/rest for my thumb when I'm not typing (I'm sure that's unintended in the design, and may be a particular quirk of how I sit/type but it really makes a big difference for me - big plus!!!) Overall, the product is very well made, works straight out of the box, has useful dials/switch for on/off controls and a nicely finished, braided usb connection lead. This item really is a winner for me! I would definitely recommend!!!

I have been meaning to buy a laptop cooler for my gaming laptop for ages. I don't often play games, it's mostly video editing, but when I do I like to have a good session on it and I noticed that my laptop always gets red hot. I've thrown a few games at it tonight while testing this and all in all, I'm impressed. Don't get me wrong, if you have the money to pay for a high end one, grab it. But, this will do the job. While still getting hot, it's nowhere near as hot as it is without it and after a gaming session it cools down much faster. As for the noise I read in other reviews, my laptop makes more noise than this does, so don't let that bother you! The lights are great, but if you want just a little extra fan speed, switch the lights offas it runs off USB power. It's very sturdy and doesn't come across as being built cheaply. The only thing I will say is, there were no instructions, (not that you really need any) and the phone holder is a little... well... pointless and not sturdy, no way of charging your phone while it's in its stand, iPhone 12 Pro Max just doesn't really stand well in it, so that part just comes across as a cheap after thought gimmick. All in all, I'm really impressed with it and I would recommend it to anyone.

I bought this because my previous cooling pad had completely stopped working. At the time, the weather was unusually hot, and my new laptop was running warmer than I liked, a mix of the laptop’s natural heat and the high room temperature. This cooling pad kept my laptop cool throughout that period, and now in winter, when the room is colder, I can simply switch the fans off. Compared to my old cooler, this one is much quieter and offers adjustable positions that make typing more comfortable. The non-slip design is excellent; my laptop hasn’t slipped even when moving both the pad and laptop together. It’s lightweight, effective, and does exactly what you need it to do. Overall, a reliable cooling pad that makes a big difference.

Good item, very compact, strong fan function, very nice design, phone holder function is okay but its like an attached plastic bit that attaches to the fan so isn't a strong feature good but i see it breaking at some point, noise level is low im pleased with that also fan speed is controlable, overall very happy with it replaced my very old one.

I like this stand. It’s unobtrusive and fits well under a 15” laptop. Fans are a bit whiny but you’re unlikely to hear them over your laptop fans anyway, unfortunately I had to return it as the light strip on the right side would just keep cycling colours, even when it was set to solid.

***NOTE*** I read that many People who received this item didn't get the included phone holder as advertised, BUT you're all wrong! It does come included, it's just secretly clipped underneath the unit, just unclip it and now you have the mobile holder too! Overal: Great design, concept, and works exactly how it should, considering the design has to be minimal and simplistic to allow for maximum airflow it does what it says. The lightning LEDS are impressive and quick and easy to function. The fans work for the reason I wanted and tested them using inbuilt software that has dramatically reduced my laptop from overheating! All readings show blue arrows pointing down when functional but without the cooling pad the heat soon rises. The function to control the fan speeds is simple as turning a wheel to increase or decrease the speeds, not only that you control 3 fans at a time, being 6 fans, you can either have 3fans running or all 6, each 3 controlled by your speed input you require. I recommend turning all 6 to half when doing less intensive stuff, and maximum when you need the cool down more. Thank you, for the price you get more than you pay for imo.

The fans are spinning but not really efficient. Good price for the product but it's not cooling properly - I use it for the past 3 months and not happy. Also, it's small - a have a 15" laptop and the cooler is not covering. I will get a better one soon.
