Real Salt still has all of the natural trace minerals in it which are red and dark giving it the pink color.

What are the dark colored stuff among the pinkish crystals? It tastes like salt but don’t dissolve in water and Not feels like crystal. Is it edible?

I have not had any problem with what you mention above. This is REAL salt mined here in America. It comes directly from a salt bed in Utah. There will be variance in the color/texture but that doesn't make it inedible. The course salt is meant to be put through a grinder.
