Hazardous and Unsafe : Green Soul chair broke in 20 days
GreenSoul chairs are a complete death trap!! From day one, this chair was pathetic as it creaked loudly with every movement, never felt stable, and the build quality was clearly cheap. Then, just 20 days after purchase, it literally snapped in half while I was sitting on it. The backrest sheared off in two places (see photos). I barely avoided a horrendous fall by grabbing the wall, otherwise, this chair could have caused a serious injury. When I contacted GreenSoul for warranty, they dragged things out with generic copy-paste replies, and finally flat out refused to honor their so-called “warranty.” What this means: Unsafe product : The chair can collapse under normal use. False advertising : “Warranty” is meaningless, they simply refuse to help. No accountability : They don’t care about customer safety or satisfaction. If you value your money, your safety, and your spine, avoid GreenSoul at all costs. This isn’t just bad quality, it’s a genuine HAZARD!!!
