My Little Pony Project Twinkle 6" Feature Item Toy

my little girl LOVES this toy! we only received it yesterday and she's played with it nonstop. I didn't realize it lights up, so that's cool.after reading many reviews about the battery compartment letting water in, I have removed the batteries both nights and let the compartment air out because sure enough the water does get in. pretty poor design but the way my little one loves it, I don't mind.

I got this for my niece and she loves it. Pinkie pie moves and swims with lights on her own when submerged in water. Item is good size for a toy, seal for the batteries is excellent and great price. Amazon has it the cheapest I found anywhere.

My daughter (7 yo) loves this thing. already February (got it for xmas) and she still plays with it when she takes a bath. the quality is great. her tail is made from silicone so its soft and really swims nicely. Water doesnt seem to get into the toy, which is nice, because when she does play with it outside of the bath, it doesn't leak everywhere.

This would be an awesome toy if it swam longer. It stops after less than 10 seconds to conserve battery drain. To get it going you have to lift out of the water for a few seconds. For a bathtub and very small child it would be ok, but we purchased for a pool toy. If it wasn't for the short run cycle it would get 4-5 stars, but for the price I would not recommend.

My daughter is 6 and she loves this. I, however, have a few problems with it.Pinky doesn't move around that much....she's very slow. And LOUD. Lord, she makes a lot of noise!She also doesn't stay on. She runs for about 10 seconds, maybe, and you have to pull her out of the water, touch her sensors, then put her back in the water. It's a little tedious.And that beautiful curly hair almost disappears when she gets wet. She looks like she has bald spots....a bad comb-over, if you will.I'm rating the product a 4 only because my daughter loves her. I would return it if she didn't love her.

The girl we bought this for loved playing with it in the pool. It knows when it is in water and swims accordingly. Floats well, and the mane is fun to brush. Great toy. Purchased here as it was much cheaper than we found it priced at the store.

I bought one of these for my daughter, and it wouldn’t even work when we put the batteries in it, it, in fact, heated up the batteries, so hot that they nearly exploded! So we sent that one back, bought a second one and then the second one arrived, appeared to work. Well, she would use it in the bathtub, and then I went to go try to get it to work again one day and it wouldn’t, I opened up the battery compartment and there’s brown juice just leaked everywhere and I immediately emptied it out and took it from her to send back. This toy is supposed to work with batteries and it is supposed to be able to be submerged in water, so why does this toy not work at all?! Faulty manufacturing, save yourself the trouble, and don’t buy this! After two duds, I’m pretty sure it’s just how this toy was made that is the problem.

My daughter first got this toy a couple of years ago and although getting older now she still plays with it in the bath from time to time. When it broke I figured I was not going to find it anywhere but I did - Thank you because she loves it all over again!
