Does the App provide a history/log of who unlocked and locked and when it happened?

Yes，you can view the unlock records through the APP.

After few days of use, i use finger print to open the lock, it sounds like it opened but it didnt open. now my keys are stuck in there. what do i do?

Please try to use USB for emergency charging and re-turn on the Bluetooth of your phone to let the keybox re-pair with the APP to connect.

What should I do when a friend comes to visit while I'm out and I don't want him to know the password for the smart key lockbox?

Dear friend, you can send ekeys to your friends via the APP, or you can send a one-time or time period password to unlock. Also you can buy the gateway paired with key box, just tap your phone to unlock the box no matter where you are.

Does the unit require wifi in order to send a one time password?

Dear friend, there is no need to connect to wifi to set the password.
