So big
I originally had 4 king size pillows on my bed (2 on each side because 1 didn't have enough support), so I got the 4 pack of these and boy oh boy, they are HUGE.I know I can pull out stuffing to make them softer, but using one is just perfect. So the only downside is I have 2 extra pillows. They are great for cuddling as well, but I couldn't imagine stacking two on these on top of each other and trying to sleep. Lol. You'd probably be sitting up.Love these. Love their adjustability. Love the way they look. I also bought protective pillow case covers (they fit perfectly inside the covers) and then I put a regular pillowcase on top of that. They have been amazing.

Super firm at first but COOLING
So once these pillows fluff up they are very very firm. The good side: you can pull out the memory foam stuffing to get to desired softness.Once I was doing pulling foam out of all 6 pillows I swear I could get fabric and make 6 more pillows, but now they are perfectly comfy.Side note: these are definitely cooling, they feel cool to the touch

Comfortable
I purchased these for my husband as he was having neck pain each morning. So far the discomfort has eased up. On a plus note, it has helped tremendously with snoring!

These are as hard as a rock
I wish I had gotten the medium firmness instead of the extra firm. They are no different than laying your head on a rock. My fault.

Ordered for post-op foot elevation in recliner, and it works perfectly.
I like the pillow and find it, in the end, as described on Amazon. I dislike the packaging, which made it difficult to remove the super deflated pillow from its plastic bag without destroying the bag and made the memory foam pillow stay deflated quite some time after removal from its bag.

Disassembly Required
Couldn't wait to lay down on this pillow...and then I did. My head made an actual, audible *thunk*. It was like hitting a brick. But how could that be? It was malleable and squishy in the hands, once it puffed up out of the package. Here's the problem, well, actually a few problems:The shredded foam is completely enclosed inside a shell of solid memory foam. So no matter how soft and squishy the shredded foam is, you don't feel it. You only feel the solid outer casing. I didn't feel like dealing with a return, so I fixed the problem by pulling the solid foam sheets off the inner lining, sticking out in a clean Hefty bag, tearing it up myself (see photo) stuffing it back into the center of each pillow, then fluffing and punching like a mad woman. The result? Perfection. Finally. Soft but supportive inside, squishy and responsive outside. The way it should've been to start with. The other problems: the shredded foam inside is NOT the pristine white foam shown in the description. It is VERY obviously repurposed random foam pulled from other products. Some white, some blue, some yellow (see photo with at least 3 colors of foam)...some with hard glue ridges (yellow pieces) and marks where it was torn from something else. This pillow is either a knockoff, or a clear case of false advertising by Clara Clark. Some of the foam is not shredded, it's pulverized into foam particles. They go everywhere and stick to everything when you have to open the inner lining--which you will have to do to remove the solid foam shell and make this pillow magical. That process is tedious, messy, and time consuming, but it actually turned these duds into the most comfortable pillows I own (and I'm picky about all my bedding). Good news: The blue solid foam shell is actually clean, new, real memory foam. No doubt intended to cleverly conceal the motley massacre of salvaged random foams inside.Bottom line: As-is these pillows are hard as rocks and will only suit those who want seriously firm support. For those ppl, you can get a couple cinder blocks cheaper. Just saying. With some major disassembly and moderate aggravation, these pillows can go "what the hell" to "feels like heaven." The outside cover, btw, is actually very nice. I hated putting my pillowcases on because the outer cover really does have a soft, luxurious feel. Almost like cashmere. With a very off-center brand logo.... ??On its own I'd give it 1 star for the fabulous outer cover. The finished product I'd give 5 stars, if only it arrived that way to begin with. So I give 3 stars for being a diamond in the (very) rough. BTW I'm a combination sleeper, but predominantly side, so I need good support but still want softness for comfort. This pillow is now perfect. The experience of making it that way, not so much.

So fluffy
Perfect middle ground between a too hard memory foam brick pillow and a too fluffy unsupportive pillow. I took out some of the stuffing to make it more to my liking. It went a little flat after a few months but I washed and dried it and it got all nice and fluffy again.

It took about a week to get used to the pillow but now I would be lost without it.

It keeps it's shape.
It's a big pillow, it's made from memory form. When u use it. It takes the shape you need. A little pricey, but I think it will last for many years. Also, it comes with a pillow cover. I do like that. All and all a great pillow. I would definitely recommend it..😅

Not sleeping!
Got these pillows but I have more neck and shoulder pain. I'm finding my head being lifted up while sleeping instead of the pillow taking the shape and this is also happening to my husband!
