**Q: Did they remove bumpy stuff inside the ear cups?? And fixed Wifi problem ??**
A: Dell takes pride in manufacturing products. The headset passes the quality checks without any WiFi issues. Any isolated incidents can be reported to the technical support team for assistance. They are available 24/7 on Facebook and Twitter(@Dellcares).

**Q: Does it work with xbox series s?**
A: I don’t have an Xbox, so I’m not sure. But this headphone works great on my Sony A80J TV.  I think as long as your device have Bluetooth enable connection, it should work.

**Q: Does it work with PS4 recording?**
A: Yes, it works with PS4 recording.

**Q: Can I sync this headphones to any Bluetooth tv?**
A: Though Dell has not tested this headset with TVs, the Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity should be able to pair with a compatible Bluetooth Device including TV.

The arm holding the ear cups broke after about 3 months of regular use, can't fix it as the metal is snapped off where one of the pins holding the arm is located - when it works it's ok, nothing amazing. I've read on a few places that this is a common issue with this headset, I should have researched more before buying, but it's essentially been a total waste of money as I've had to replace it.
