Garmin Delta XC Handheld only - dog training device

So glad we invested in a collar trainer for our German Shepherd. We used the taser a few times and her behavior has improved dramatically. I highly recommend this item to help with trainer your dog.

I’ve used Garmin for several years. I love that the battery lasts SO along and when it DOES require charging it does it SUPER FAST.I like that I can set different settings for each dog (one is a tough dog and requires a little more ‘push’ to follow directions, etc. another one won’t listen to a tone but will respond almost immediately to the vibrate signal.I had misplaced my original remote and love the fact that this new one will pair with my existing receivers.

I have a home in a rural area off the busy street but close enough that with my dog's speed is just a few seconds away. I actively supervise my dogs when they are outside, but my German Shorthaired Pointer is happiest running, exploring all the new day's smells, chasing squirrels (or trying to) and catching his frisbee. I use the Garmin e-Collar for his safety when his prey-drive clouds his usual good obedience. I rarely have to use the current mode, but when I must it's urgent. High quality (and reliable) e-collars are not inexpensive, but the value comes in peace of mind knowing I can control my dogs for their own safety and others. Fencing my property would be way more expensive and vet bills even more so.

I am one of those people who pours over reviews and tries to find the best quality without spending an arm and a leg on a brand name. I have tried cheaper e-collars and yowza, they feel like being poked with a cattle prod. Here's a little background:I went to Barton Springs in Austin with my pup. I totally forgot that the receiver (that goes on the collar) was waterPROOF and the remote was water-RESISTANT. So, basically I fired my collar when I went for a swim:/Even though this replacement remote came in at about $100, it is totally worth it. The system is a quality system that delivers mild corrective pulses in humane and moderate increments. While there are some quality lesser known products, this is one that I learned not to skimp on.Your pet's safety is worth the $100-ish dollar to replace this remote!

Ordered a replacement for my old remote which was about 6 years old. The old remote got wet and stopped working, but that could have been due to the plastic coating around the remote wearing off over the years! The New remote arrived and it was as advertised and it took only seconds to program. I am very happy with this remote!

First one was great until I lost it. The new Collar arrived damaged. It looked fine, when I removed it from the box I could hear loose pieces on the inside of the remote. I tried the power button it turned on but the display was not working correctly. I will return it for a replacement.

I have used The Delta XC for almost two years now and it has never let me down. The battery is very reliable for both the transmitter and the collars. I would recommend this to any one who is a beginner or expert. I Also love that I can purchase the transmitter and not have to buy a complete new set.

It works well but the need to return since the problem is my receiver... But it works well with no issues

Got this to replace the one my dog chewed up. Easy to hook up to my existing collar devise. Love this e-collar for training my dog. He responds well, and it's saved a potential bad situation a few times.
