This camera has good picture quality but it is a pretty big device so I would say that you should figure out where you want to put this before you purchase. I wanted to put it outside but it is a lot bigger than your standard light bulb so it did not fit in the fixture so I had to remove the fixture. It does have an extension piece if needed. The next thing to note about this is that that it is white so unfortunately it does yellow and such out in the sun. This did happen to my camera but because it was suppose to be outside I did not really care for it. If you happen to be putting this out in direct sunlight, you will notice to start to yellow overtime. There is no way to really avoid this. This has one of the better picture qualities and I can clearly see the persons face during the day. During the night it does have night vision as well as LED lights that you can turn on with your wifi. I have this on my side door and it connect to the camera pretty quickly through the application. It does record but takes time to access the video. The picture quality is very good and the nice thing is that you can rotate the camera to give you different views which is nice. It does not follow the person it detects so you will have to do that manually. If it is too windy you hear a little bit of feedback on the microphone. Also if dust gets on the screen you just see these blotches on your camera. For the most part, the lens stays pretty clean. It does have night vision and motion sensor. It will only record when it detects motion and you can set the sensitivity. Another thing is that if you are going to plug this into your light bulb socket that you need to make sure the switch is flipped on. The moment you flip the switch off it will shut off. The device is powered by a socket so you need to make sure the light post is switched on order to get power. The setup for this is fairly easy. Majority of this setup can easily be done on your phone if needed as you need to point the camera at a QR code to connect. After that, it will connect to your wifi network This device does not support 5 ghz. The night vision is okay but one thing to note is that you need to have this pointing away from walls. If you have it facing a wall the night vision may not work well as it reflects the night vision off the wall causing this BRIGHT reflection. There is an LED light that you can turn on. There is also a microphone option so you can talk through the camera if you want to. The LED is a bit blinding so you be careful when pointing it at someone. The nice thing is that if you happen to put this in your garage, you can just turn the light on with the camera. It is pretty bright. Also do not put this by a window. It will be able to let you see outside but it will not detect motion nor will it be able to see at night. Overall this is a good device to have given you have the appropriate spot to put it. It is limited to just light sockets. The nice thing is that you can move the camera via the app to give you more visual. It has a pretty powerful LED light and gives you good video quality.

They have promised to get it compatible with Windows soon for a long time. I like the unit and its possibilities; however, it is useless to me, and I don't like false promises. Please make my day.

I heard so many good this about this that y I buy it but it’s not working and it’s not reading his barcode so I return it I am not happy with this purchase

The COOHILIGH Wireless Security Camera is an affordable alternative to the name brand front door security camera. My doorbell doesn't face to the front, so when I saw this, I immediately ordered one. The camera itself is great. Its microphone is super-sensitive, and its quick to detect movement. My only cons are the generic phone app that is universal in nature. I use the one they recommend, but there's no manual so learning how to see full screen, playback, and how to use the speaker took a while. Also, the camera motor is loud.

This is a very nice security camera. The camera is just like a light bulb and all you do is screw it into the light socket and set up on your phone and connect to the internet. This security camera is worth the price. I would like to get a few more for the lights outside. No assembly required to use this security camera, that makes it even nicer. I would recommend this security camera for anyone looking to purchase one for their home or business.

Why the big players are not jumping on the bulb powered security camera is beyond me. This is the simplest way to add a camera to existing light fixture. Unfortunately all that’s out there have very poor apps. This thing will notify motion every other minute, even with sensor set to low. Wind blows, or a bug flies by, motion detected. I’ll have to go back to name brands for a real security camera

Love the picture quality and all the functions (night vision, zoom/pans 360, has a light, motion /human body detection, alerts my phone to each.

I like this camera it lights an area very well. Video is great and clear.
