This is worth the investment. It is definitely loud!!! The bed shaker is a great feature too though beware that if you have a very thick mattress it will not have the maximum effectiveness. I've tried putting it in an extra pillow behind me and that worked too. If you are like me and have a serious problem with waking up in the morning, try a dawn simulator device as well. This is working even better for me and I start my day in a good mood versus being shocked awake.

I bought this because I have an issue with turning my alarm off without ever even waking up. With this extension, my alarm can sit on the other side of the room so I have to stand up to turn it off. Works perfectly. Now if I could just stop myself from laying back down!!

I love that the cord gives you so much room to move the clock (sold separate) to a further location from the bed. Only negative thing is the cord doesn’t come in black. The White color really shows up.

If you're looking to extend the cord length of your bed shaker, this cord works well. It was actually a bit longer than I needed, but that gives me options to rearrange things if I wanted to.

The extension cord was not necessary, the length of the cord which comes with alarm clock was wrong in the product description, in reality it is longer, it is close to five feet. Other than that, good product. I bought it for my father and he is happy with it and the shaker really helps to wake him up.

It is long enough for use in my rv. Reaches my little table to the bed perfect.

Does what it was supposed to do... extends the range of the vibrating piece of the Sonic Boom Alarm Clock. The cord it comes with only allows the clock to be a short distance from the bed. The extension cord allowed us to run it further away from the bed so the 12 year old can't hit the snooze button and return to sleeping without being aware he did so. This clock is the only thing that wakes him up, so we are happy to spend another $13 on an extension cord for it...

If you are buying a Sonic Boom Alarm Clock and are looking at getting this cord, you might want to wait until after you get the alarm clock home. The cord that comes with the clock is around 3 or 4 feet long, so if the clock is near or next to your bed, you will not need this extension cord. If you are planning on having the clock across the room and still want the vibrations to wake you up, then Yes I would say that you need this cord. I actually didn't need the extension cord and sent it back without any hassles.
