They were decent for the super-cheap price. Not the most comfortable or the best sound, but they worked, and that is what I needed at the time. I no longer have them, but I got my money's worth.

I am shocked to say that these were the cheapest headphones I bought and the best. I had purchased several others and just couldn't stand them. These don't pinch your head or cause you to feel like you're in a fishbowl. I've been told I sound fine on calls and they are so comfortable that i could wear them all day. I only use them for work for Teams meetings. The fit is great and I would buy them again. I hope they last a while, sometimes you get what you pay for... but so far, so great.

Defective. Started buzzing first time I used. Won't stop buzzing. Had to return with a lot of hassle. Cheap Chinese import, no support on Hulett Packard website for this headset, states "expired". Just bought them new! Buzzing. CANNOT USE. HASSLE TO RETURN for half the price I paid??? Had to call Amzaon, because they tried to return only half of what I paid. WHAT THE HELL? I guess Amazon and HP aren't what they used to be. I bought these from the HP STORE on Amazon, why make it so hard? Why defective? Poor quality, poor service. I'm a teacher being paid peanuts and you want to fleece me? REALLY? Never again.

BUY! BUY! BUY!!! I needed a replacement pair for work for Teams meetings. I am super pleased. Great quality, light weight, sound great, super clarity, great design and functional! I would definitely recommend!

I bought this for work 7 months ago and it has stopped functioning well. I don’t use it everyday and keep it hanging so the wires don’t get messed up. The callers on the other end of the line can barely hear me and say there’s a problem with my mic buzzing and swishing. I’d probably spend a bit more money on my next purchase on an item that will last longer than a few months

They are cheaply made, not that comfortable and sound is not that great. Ordered for my classroom. They did not hold up to everyday use by my high school students.

Voice and sound are ok with this set. I use it daily and no one complained. But the material quality is very bad, we need to handle it carefully it may break easily.

I have used it before and I ordered the second time for my friend. We have been using it in the call center since long time

Written this review after 4 months of use, As I buy this as per brand name but it's very disappoint me because product quality is not adequate and buds quality very low. My suggestion to other don't buy this product as you want to adjust mic frequently when u use it as it captures only voice front of it only. DONT BUY, It's bad choice.
