Bememo 12 Pieces Sealing Wax Sticks with Wicks Antique Fire Manuscript Sealing Wax for Wax Seal Stamp (Bronze)

I bought these for my new wax seal stamp. However, the wax takes a very long time to burn and drip that by the time I have enough wax melted to seal, half of it is cooled and hardened so the wax seal comes out chunky. Some of the lighter colours end up with bits of black from the burning wick so the wax stamp is also tainted with the black ask in the colour. Useful product for practice, but I've purchased some wax beads and a spoon melter instead for faster melting and better seals.

When I recieved this product I thought they appeared good value for money as there was a wide variety of colours and they appeared high quality. However, when I tried to use them with a stamp, it took me far more drops to use and by the time I had placed the stamp on the wax it had already solidified. I have only used it several times (see picture) but have already used 1/3 of the wax stick. Would not buy again.

We've been very impressed with these. We didn't really pay attention to the complete description so was pleasantly surprised to find that you light them as you would a candle. Very easy to use and will buy again. We've probably used one about 10 times and its perhaps half way down. Probs you will get more out of them with some practice.

Super easy to use, only negative is when your burning the wax it sometimes puts black smoke on the candle. When it drips it leaves bits of black on the paper & doesn’t look great. Found the easiest way to combat this was to buy a blowtorch & burn it that way. Much quicker and no black bitsColours are fantastic. I loved them so much. Will defiantly be buying more!!

The red wax colour is not red wine red but more metallic red-orange. I wanted plain red but this is definitely metallic.
