Would this product work for putting on the bottom of slippers for my toddler, so as to make grippy, non-slip slippers?

Yes, you can use this to make slippers non-slip. We do recommend testing the product on a like-material sample swatch prior to starting your project to ensure the results meet your needs and expectations. If you have any further inquiries, please contact iLoveToCreate at info@ilovetocreate.com or call 1-800-438-6226.

Does this have a smell when wet or when dry?

There is a very slight odor when the paint is first applied, but only if you hold it close to your nose and try and smell it. There is no odor once dry.

I know it says fabric but will this work on glass?

Yes, you can also use our Tulip Dimensional Fabric Paint on glass. Kind Regards, Tulip Color

Will this work on glass

I wouldn't know! It's mostly for fabric but you can test it out and see if it works on glass.
