I bought these as a Christmas present for my 83yr old mother in law to see if she could build up her hand and arm strength, it's early days but so far she finds them easy to use and she thinks they are making a difference as for durability to be honest I first thought these won't last but I am being surprised at how sturdy they are so I will have to see and if anything changes good or bad I will update my review

Certainly activates your fingers & forearms only gave 2 stars for durability as rep counter was faulty as that bit is poor quality but if you can do without this feature it’s worth buying as other parts are better built.

I have weakness in my hands and thought these might help. Easy to use and you can dial in the resistance level 5kg to 60kg. nice piece of kit

These are comfortable to hold and easy to adjust, great so you don't get cramped hands while working also good to just stretch them out. Good to pop into a bag and take out or use at home.
