A great product that works,you can really feel it kicking in.Really nice flavour,very easy to swallow. Only drawback is the price , a bit expensive could be a few quid cheaper but would highly recommend

As the title says, not sure how much of this is a placebo effect, but i found if i take one of these around 20-30 minutes before a workout, or a run, i could push myself a little bit longer.It won't make you faster or stronger, but it does seem to help with endurance - i used one a week, by the time i got to the last one in my pack i was feeling the effects less and less, but definitely recommend if someone is using these short term.

The flavour is very fruity, quite strong. Glass water is needed after consuming each sachet, its very strong. On the other hand, it does give right kick. After taking one sachet, I feel like after 2 strong coffees. So it helps rise the energy level without feeling tired.It's designed for football players but also for those who work hard, doing intensive exercises. It small portion loaded with energy. It's easy to open and consume directly from the pouch.It should be consumed within 5-6 months (by end of April 22, now is November 21).
