Sturdy, fine weave cheesecloth that will work well when I need it. However, I purchased this for making almond milk and found it to difficult to maneuver, so if that's your plan - go with a bag instead. Otherwise, this a perfect cheesecloth. For milk, I am loving my Amazing Nut-Milk Bag from Elaina Love's Pure Joy Planet - look it up!

I use cut squares for herbs to put in soups, stews, and pocket inside roasts.. One pack will last a long time. Always handy for straiining and even dusting. Your imagination will dictate how the cloth can be used !
