I have been using this chair for about 6 months, and I’m really happy with it! The build quality is solid, and it feels very sturdy. The cushioning is comfortable, making it perfect for long hours of sitting. The ergonomic design provides good back support, which helps with posture. Assembly was easy, and the materials used felt premium.One small issue is that the steel rods for the footrest have open ends (a hole on the other side). It doesn’t affect functionality, but it makes cleaning a bit difficult. It would be great if the manufacturer provided caps for them.Overall, a great value for the price. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable, great arm support, good lumbar and neck support. Neck pillow is magneticaly attached. Back pillow is just placed there. Would have been better if some sort of strip or velcro arrangment is there to keep the lumbar pillow in place. This is not negative just a feedback to the manufacturer. Overall it is a great chair. I had even slept in the chair in the night with leg support pulled out. Also magnetic neck pillow attachement could have been increased range to cover a little downward portion also. Again not an show stopper. The current neck pillow position can be adjustable and well cover the neck area. Only when in sleeping position, like when the chair back is almost horizontal you may think a little it would be better to have neck pillow moved downward. Still you can move the neck pillow but after perticular distance you wont get it attached there. Again reiterating it's not deal braker. The chair is very stable even in the inclined or almost flat postion. Go for it. Worth the money.

Comfortable, durable product and excellent quality. With chair I able work comfortably and it so relaxing with adjustable back and neck support. I recommend for others if looking for best office/gaming chairs.

Final update :-After a couple conversations with them, Divya arranged for the screws to be sent to my address in priority, received them on Sep-4th. She tried her best but could not arrange for the trim caps since the new models do not have those anymore owing to a design flaw for the older models. Overall experience, would definitely wish that the negative part could have been skipped since apart from that Divya and team from Dr.Luxur have indeed tried their best and left no stone unturned in ensuring that my midway negative experience was indeed turned back into a highly positive one. Definitely recommend the product and the brand as well.Latest update :-I was initially quite impressed with the product build quality and customer support. But recent interactions have left me quite flabbergasted at the nonchalance and incompetence displayed by the Dr.Luxur Customer Support team. Divya, from the team had been in touch with me, and while I had been overtly patient with them, I have still not received the missing parts till date. To get updates on the same I had to continually keep checking in with them exercising proactiveness at my end, but unfortunately cannot say the same for them. To my horror and disbelief, on mentioning that I would be forced to raise a dispute and complaint regarding this, they apologised saying that it got lost in transport and asked me to purchase the missing parts at my end from any local shop. On not agreeing and further saying that this is completely unacceptable since having paid almost 16k for a chair, I expect service of similar standards, they said they would ship it at the earliest possible. It has been more than two weeks since then and radio silence on their end. Any questions asking about update ends with a revert of “The warehouse team will ship at the earliest possible”.
