Makes life so much easier! We fill up both our paddleboards with this very quickly with not problems. It plugs into the car, so no need for a battery. Very well made, we use it frequently. It shuts off once it hits the correct psi, very easy to program. My only complaint is it doesn't fit in the bag with the tubes.

Have had it for over a year now and still works great. It is a bit loud, but they all are. Way better then hand pumping my paddleboard up. It can get warm so it will only fill about 1.5 boards at a time. Once it cools down a tad you can use it again. Had to call the company for a part and they were very quick and helpful

The Amazon representative provided me with the incorrect contact for following up on the 1 year warranty. When I revisted the box which the pump came in I found the correct contact. The representative quickly followed up with me and after providing some pictoral and video evidence sent out a new pump. Thank you to Polotrag for the expedient follow up. I do find the pump takes longer to reach 15psi when at altitude (7300 ft). It reached 12 psi and then took longer that usual to reach 15psi. I had to turn it off since I was afraid it would overheat approaching close to 20 minutes continuous running.No stars! I believe one of the reasons why I selected this SUP pump was because of the 1-year warranty. It is rated as being able to get to 20 PSI. The pump worked to pump my SUP to 15 PSI on the first use and 16 PSI on the second and third uses. It inflated the SUP in under 10 minutes. I set it to 18 PSI for the fourth use. The pump stalled at 15 PSI and would not get higher. I turned it off to cool for 10 minutes before the 20 minutes stated in the directions. Once restarted it failed to continue inflating the SUP. After a couple of trials, the motor died. I tested it in another vehicle to make sure it wasn't a blown fuse in the 12V DC socket of my car and the pump failed to turn on. Amazon referred me to the customer service for Polestar.The Polestar agent stated, "...we are unable to replace the pump you purchased through Amazon unless one of our customer service agents recommended that specific pump for your needs."I highly recommend anyone looking for an electric SUP pump to choose a different company. It's very disappointing when a company misrepresents itself and does this on the Amazon platform.

This pump made blowing up my sup board so quick and easy. So thankful I had it when my friends and I were trying to get on the water on a 90+ degree day! Only took about 5 minutes total to air it up. It would have been exhausting and taken much longer to use the manual pump that came with my board. I just plugged it up to my car, set the psi to the desired amount, and was able to get all my other things together as it was doing all the work.

Love this pump! Got it for paddle boarding & it blows my board up in less than 10 minutes & it’s super easy to use! Great product for the price! I also really love how compact it is, the cord fits perfectly in its little compartment on the bottom & it comes with a velvety case for the pump, hose & all attachments.

Using it for the first time right now. Gotta say, it's VERY SLOW compared to all the other pumps I've used.The instructions recommend letting it cool down if you use of for 20 continuous minutes.... So that means you probably shouldn't blow on board up after another... So not really thrilled about that. On average I blow 2 boards up every use.I'm at 6 PSI now and a second stage motor still haven't kicked in. That's odd?
