I bought a pillow cover and cut it long ways down the middle. Then I sewed the edge of the pieces and now I have two extra cases. **Q: Does this really help?** A: Yes, but . . . Keeping the spine neutral with this pillow helps relieve tension on ligaments and other tissues of the spine during sleep.It takes getting used to the first night or two because the body has to warm it up so that it conforms to your body. You want to position the highest point of the pillow at the narrowest point between the rib cage and pelvis.This pillow went out of stock during the pandemic and then came back in stock.
