The Battery needs its proper charger to charge the battery, it has a USB outlet as the battery acts as a power bank if needed. The battery does not have a "C" connector

Q: when i wash it , the wire leave inside the vest, will it be danger getting wet? Can I use tumble dryer to dry it?

You can cold wash the product in a machine but only if you put it on the mesh bag , it must not be hot washed and cannot be tumble dried. Line dry only. The washing instructions are attached to the product lining

Size medium is more suitable for the body chest size 38-40 inches. And you could consult the size chart for more details.
