This wooden basket steamer looks nice and is also incredibly functional. Right off the bat, I noticed its sturdy build and the convenient handle that made handling over steam safe and easy. These are incredible. Made homemade dumpling cooking SO much easier! Looks intimidating, trust me…. It’s not!

We were looking for steamer baskets after getting a wok and learning to make dumplings but heard stories of wok going dry and burning baskets. With the ring we can fill a larger pot and not have to worry or check water level. The silicone inserts are a life saver so we don’t have to keep cutting parchment and they can go in the dishwasher! Fits together really well, just make sure your flame isn’t bigger than the pot we did this accidentally which heated the ring so much our baskets got a little scorched. It was our fault though since the flame was too big! We have been using them a lot and they work super well even everything. Would definitely buy these again when our current ones fail or we need more than two baskets 🙂

Good product. Bought in 2023. Bought 2 to replace the same after approximately 20 years.

I was very excited to use it as soon as it got here. The food came out fantastic and the product seem very well made. There is one issue though the pot ring it came with is not perfectly flat so steam was escaping out of the sides. Luckily the ring is thin enough that it bent backwhen I placed a kitchen weight on top of the steamer. Kind of annoying to have to do every time.
