True Grace Mushroom Lion's Mane Brain, Nerve & Cognitive Support - 120 Count Capsules - Organic

I have been taking Lion's Mane regularly for years to help with concentration issues and a little anxiety. In that time I've tried a lot of brands of this supplement. I can easily say that my experience thus far (about half of one Jar) has easily put this one in the top 3 and possibly rising long term.It has been very effective for me. So much that in efforts to use up old stock of my prior choice I have confidently gone half and half feeling like there will be little lost. Of course one can never be sure of the claims on the adds/packaging, but I have no reason to doubt this one's claims to use the fruiting bodies and have a good deal of Beta-Glucan's. (Typically those are key factors in the better ones.)If another supplement version didn't work for you as a trail in Lion's Mane, you may want to give this one a go as a second chance. (It might also just not be the right supplement for you, which is ok too.)My only complaints, and they are rather minor ones in the form follows function category:1. I wish it had a subscribe and save option to replace my prior choice with ease.2. The packaging is over sized / enormous. Don't be intimidated by the Jar because when you open it up you'll see the pills are a reasonable size and it's just got a lot of space in there. (I counted mine, they were all there, just a big Jar.) Would be one thing if they used all that space on the outside, but some of the print is in rather small letters. One or the other here when you get around to adjusting the packaging guys, lol! (Might excuse the jar size if I didn't need to squint.)Anyways, great product, very much so recommend if you need a new supplement in this category.(Note: I believe in only taking what you need, if you're doing fine without then keep on trucking.)

But it's subtle enough that I'm still not really sure if I'm placebo-ing myself. I didn't notice any difference with this particular one compared to others I've taken in the past.The capsules don't have a scent outside of the bottle. If I sniff at the bottle opening, it vaguely reminds me of being in a pet store, or pet food pellets, or something like that.It's hard for me to swallow capsules with water, but if I take them with something carbonated or with warm tea, it makes it a lot easier. If they have a flavor, taking them the way I do makes it not noticeable.The bottle came in a box, with a tamper seal on the inside. It's a very oversized bottle - I included a picture where I put all of the capsules into the lid, and they almost fit in that. But it's sturdy, and a nice color, and I like how the bottom is a little rounded, so when I've taken all of the capsules, I might try to peel the sticker off and reuse it for other things. :)The one I got in April 2023 expires in December 2025.

I take 2 before bed, and it helps me fall asleep. My husband can only handle 1.
