Beautiful knife very sharp and well built full tang, with leather sheath to store it but looks better on display.It cuts meat like butter and cleaned up without rusting.

Lol I made a mistake and cleaned it with bleach, so the engraving was messed up, which leads me to my point I wish it was carved into it, instead of written on with whatever they wrote with. And for that I haven’t used it yet I want to get rid of the stain first because I don’t know if it’s dangerous if consumed and food isn’t cheap to just used it just for testing purposes so when I get it cleaned I will update. I didn’t like that it wasn’t as sharp as I thought it would be either. But still a great product overall. I like the handle and weight and the precision of the cutouts.( ridged spot where the finger is placed. And the ring for the finger to go through) I like and hate that it’s wooden as well because over time who knows what will happen right? But for now it seems like it’s built to last. 👍🏾

This is the sharpest knife I've ever owned. I use it for boning roasts and trimming out steaks. It stays sharp. I've had it for several months and only sharpened it once.

As advertised it's a great knife for boning and even as a steak knife. Out the box it's very sharp and I love the Damascus looking blade. I wish it had some kind of sheeth but I'll just keep it in a drawer. I love the full tang and nice blue inlay. I'll be buying another for my brother for his BBQ business. Great knife so far

I got these for a friend of mine, but when I got it I wanted to check them out before gifting them. Glad I did because when I tried to insert the blad into the slot it would only go half way in. I know the blades shared them space so I tried to push it to one side even or try to feel foe the foam or rubber thing inside but still would not go all the way in. So I decided to return it and look for another style. Otherwise the knives felt durable and made of great quality. Had a good weight. Did not try cutting anything because I did not want to use it if I was going to return it.

Great for cutting up steaks for grilling

I've used it once, on a watermelon that my regular knives got stuck in, after penetrating it. This thing cut through its stubborn rind like it was mashed potatoes. Extremely impressed.
