Good support
This brace actually fits inside my tennis shoe! Just got out of a boot/air cast for broken ankle. Doctor recommended this brace as next step in recovery. Excellent support. Feels a little bulky though. Wmn 9.5 shoe-ordered small. Fits good.

No way to know how to put it on.
The straps are confusing and I can’t figure out how to put this thing on. There is no way to message the seller to ask. No instructions. Not even a YouTube video showing how to put it on.

It was a little small.

Love this ankle brace!
I sprained my ankles at least 20 times when I was younger. I had someone tell me about this brace about 15 years ago, and I have not sprained an ankle since I started wearing it. I use one on each ankle. You just need to follow the instructions to learn how to put them on. Once you have done it a couple times, it is simple and takes less than 30 seconds. If you do it right, I notice no change in mobility to my flexion/extension of the ankle, but I literally cannot evert the ankle, which is how most sprains happen. I cannot feel them on me at all when I play. They do wear out over time - I typically get a replacement about every 4-5 years, and I play basketball 1-2 times a week. They will also chew the top of your shoe up a bit over time, but other than cosmetic damage, it isn't a big deal. These are somewhat heavy duty braces and are more for prevention of ankle sprains than treating one.
