No extra glue is needed if to apply on a appropraite surface, like ceramic, well painted wall, wood panel. If you are going to apply on a lightly textured wall, I would say extra glue is a necessary aid

This is a 10 pack only as far as I know

Q: I live in a log home. Can this be put over log or would it look uneven and not stick well?

I wouldn't recommend to istall these over log, there is a big change they will not stick well due to being an uneven surface plus the logs are porous and the spaces in between might cause for the tiles to come off.

Q: How well do these ship in the 90+ degree weather and humidity and sit outside until picked up?

On shipping I have no idea however, they come packaged in a box. I used 3m spray adhesive to ensure the stick to the wall in the kitchen area they work rather well.
