Was working fine then all the sudden this product and my MacBook fried. Very pissed. Have to get a new computer and this $600 piece of junk was a waste of money that I can’t get back and only worked for two months. Customer service doesn’t respond and the warranty is a scam

Unfortunately I cannot comment on this dual monitor system. I could not even connect this monitor system, as when I removed it out of the box I could not unfold both monitors. I unfolded the first one and when I went to unfold the second one it would not move very well then I noticed that the hinge was cracked. Therefore I packed it back up and sent it back to Amazon for a refund. Although I could not test this out, I will say that the packaging was fantastic and the monitors did look quite sturdy and well built, and came with cables to connect a few different ways, depending on your laptop connections. There's always going to be one out of the bunch that ends up not working or is broken cracked etc. And of course I was the one to get that one, lol!

This is, without a doubt, Awesome. The setup and installation are simple, and it took me less than 20 minutes to set up the screen as well as install the driver. Instead of switching screens back and forth, I can correspond to my lecture and take notes on my main screen. I've noticed that my computer battery is draining much faster now that it must power three screens instead of one. However, you can power the screen by connecting it to the "PD" port. The box includes a 2 USB-C cord, a 2 port USBA to USBC cord, and the monitor.I like that I can change the display modes. I like how I can mirror this screen to a partner sitting across from me using the display modes. But even though this monitor can't be used with my laptop on my lap, I still adore them and believe the boost to productivity makes the cost worthwhile. It worth the value of money.

Was told in the question answers that it would work with my MacBook Air m1chip computer. It doesn’t. Tried plugging in a dock to see if it would take it when I plugged the mini card in, but it didn’t.However it works with my work computer that’s a dell. The monitor display quality is subpar not sure it worth the money.
