Paint Thickness Gauge.
So after my last gauge packed in I thought I'd try this one. So far it seems to be ok, but is it given me correct readings? Well I can say it is, used against another gauge it gave me the same readings, which I find you need when machine compounding a car. Also detected a patch on a car that had been filled in with filler, owners never even knew it was there. So all in all a good buy, every car valeter/detailer should carry one of these, and spend a hour or so checking the vehicle you are going to work on.

Fehlendes Teil
In meiner ersten Beurteilung hatte ich darauf hingewiesen, dass die rote Kalibrierungsplatte gefehlt hat. Ich hatte gehofft, dass jemand in der Firma das liest und die Platte nachsendet. Ohne Kalibrierung ist das Gerät nicht zu benutzen und ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Bedauerlicherweise habe ich nicht den Link gefunden, den Verkäufer zu kontaktieren. Sollte die rote Platte noch geliefert werden, schreibe ich meine Bewertung neu, denn das Gerät ist gut, wenn es kalibriert werden kann.
