SunbeamAll Season Premium Queen Heated Mattress Pad with 2 Heating Digital Controllers

I have slept on this most nights for 3 winters, and it is just now needing replaced. It still works, but not as effectively on my side of the bed as it was new. Thats some good quality, and a lot of usage. I have been toasty warm at night for about $40 a year, and I have saved more than that on my heating bill as I can comfortably kick the heat down a little bit at night knowing my bed will be very warm.It was an amazing product and I will be buying it again. The best thing about this product, I can set my desired Temperature and my partner can set their desired temperature. No fighting over the heat setting. On the highest setting it gets warm enough fir me to sweat, so it gets plenty warm, I keep it at about 10. (It goes to 20!)Another great thing is that this feels more effective than a heated blanket, because heat rises and with this being below me, the heat rises up past me and is trapped in my covers. With a heated blanket, the heat on the outside of the blanket just rises. Sure I can put it underneath of covers to trap this heat, but feeling my body pressed up against a wall of warmth is great. It's just not the same feeling with a heated blanket that is on top of you, and I think others will agree when they experience that for themselves.I have kept a water proof fitted sheet over top of it to protect it from any sweat, pet odors, etc. and because of this have had no need for it to be washed, (not sure if its washer safe or not anyways?) I just simply change my other sheets once a week, and it has seemed to be just fine.Great product, 100% from me. Sure after 3 years I'm replacing it, but nothing lasts forever. Higher quality than I anticipated.

I really don't know how it's possible to love a simple object so much, but this thing is just a life save. Now for background, we live in Souther n California so it doesn't get terribly cold here but the Man and I are wimpy as all get out. We like warm weather and anything below 68 and we're both shivering. On top of that, we have a dog who is 16 lbs. of furry shiver himself so imagine the 3 of us alternately snuggling and sprawling on this fabulous mattress pad every night. I love this thing. There's honesty nothing like slipping into a warm bed on a cold night. The dual controllers is very nice, the backlighting is just enough to function for it's purpose. I don't generally fuss with the settings once I'm in bed so the low light doesn't bother me and I would actually find it more bothersome if the light was much brighter. I have to put a magnetic card over my clock so the light from it doesn't mock me in the middle of the night and as such the backlight on this is no problem for me. I think the padding is very adequate. I cannot feel the wires at all (I'm 110 lbs.) and neither does the Man (he's 230 lbs.)

Worked perfectly until it didn’t.Used it for 3 cold months and then it threw F2 error codes every time I plugged it in.Seller VCT, 30 day warranty is useless if it breaks after and can’t be returned if it was used. VCT responded to my issues/complaint by saying to contact Sunbeam. I did. I Tried different electric outlets and reset the controllers, per Sunbeam customer support instructions.

This is an awesome mattress cover. It warms up the bed beautifully and also provides a comfortable, quilted mattress cover. There are plenty of heat settings - I usually start out the night at a 4 and turn it down to 1 or 2. Some reviewers have made note of the hard plastic plug at the foot of the bed being a nuisance - that has not been my experience. It is on the upper surface of the bed, but it is centrally located on my queen-sized cover and is fairly close to the edge so that I don't seem to come into contact with it at all. I have had other mattress covers from different manufacturers and they tend to fail after about a year. Usually the controller fails to do its job. If this becomes a problem I will update my review. However, for now, I'm very pleased with this purchase.On a side note: I first ordered this cover from an Amazon 3rd party seller - I ordered a queen-size and received a king-size. Per the Amazon rep via telephone, there was no way to refund my costs or exchange the cover through the 3rd party seller. HOWEVER, the Amazon representative gave me an immediate refund for the incorrectly sent item, provided me with an emailed printable label for a free USPS return, and I received my correctly sized cover in 2 days. Awesome service Amazon!
