Q: Are the sizing and material better than the previous version?

These seem to be identical to the ones that I ordered a year ago. I actually just compared the older 5's to the new 6's, and they have the same thickness and tabs and gussets. The only thing that seems to have changed is the packaging, and the fact that there's no longer a subscribe and save option. Maybe someone from the company will respond, but I can't see where there has been a change in ingredients or materials any time recently, and I've been using these for several years.. It looks as though they just went through a PR campaign and repackaged everything.

Q: Do they contain phthalate?

According to a website that rates toxicity of diapers, no they do not.
