Can the tiles be used in an otherwise bare bottom aquarium?

Hello, this tile is waterproof and can be used in bare bottom aquarium.

It states for instillation to use " glue down." what type / brand do i use? i know after 24 hrs i can grout but nowhere does it tell me!

They only mean that the glue mesh side goes down like all other tile that is pieced tigger, like a mosaic. The mesh keeps it toghether , you typically cover the mesh with mastic, then of course grout
