Like others noted, the battery pack takes up so much space on the right side that you only get vibration on the left. When I went to return it, they force you to pay shipping and only refund up to $20 for shipping from Canada to Texas. That tells me the seller does not want returns or to design the product correctly. Sad because it could have been a great product but who sells something like this?!

I looked far and wide for a simple vibrating object to affect any sleepless nights. This is the BEST.I even took it on the airplane and borrowed it to a crying baby.It helps with stress and sleep.For the best effect, lean into it.The battery has lasted a LONG TIME!!

This was a replacement for a brookstone or hammacher massaging neck pillow. This motor/massager is not as strong as my old one. Wanted a strong pulse that wasn’t shiatsu balls.It is fine, but will not rebuy.

This vibrating neck massager is pretty good. It gives a gentle vibrating massage to your neck. It’s not a comfortable shape, and it’s a bit loud (but all vibrating massagers are if they work well). My only issue, and it’s a big one for me, is the smell. It smells of strong paint. I can only stand the smell for a few minutes before it gives me a headache. I’ll let it air out for a few days and see if that helps. If it does, it’s a winner for me.
