Beautiful piece, beautifully packaged. Arrived quickly. Gift for my niece who loved it! My only complaint would be trying to get a picture to fit inside the locket. I personally do not own a printer, which meant going to a shop, cost me £10 for locket prints and none fitted in the locket flushly unfortunately. Not down to this company but keep in mind about the picture for the locket.
